Market Action posts are made if something particularly significant happens during the normal trading hours, such as notable breakouts, volume surges, and news.

Real Time Trades are posts made when initiating a specific trade, and comments made while that trade progresses.   With these, you can follow along as a trade is made, in essence virtually experiencing the trade.  By doing this in real time, you can understand the temptations to modify the trade, as well as see first-hand some of the hiccups (and their remedies) that often accompany actual live trading.

Research posts contain various bits of research that might be helpful to both aspiring and current active traders.

Trading Activity Re-caps are posts which reflect on recent trading activity, and can include such things as: lessons learned, trading results, comments about the current market activity, insights into current trading systems, ideas for future trading systems, and the like.
